Yellow lentils are also known as Golden lentils. It is small in size and yellow in color. Golden lentils have a mild flavor and soft texter pulses, it is mostly used in Indian cuisines. In India Sagar, Jabalpur, Bundelkhand, and Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh, Tal lands in south Bihar, Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh, and Kota in Rajasthan is the major Lentils cultivating area.

How to cook:
- Take 1cup of yellow lentils and add 2 cups of water and cook it for 10 mins and remove the excess water and serve.
