We are exporting India’s most popular sweet- Gulab jamun worldwide. Gulab jamun is a milk-solid-based sweet. These deep-fried dumplings/donuts made of dried milk (khoya) are dipped in rose-cardamom flavored sugar syrup and make quite a treat. It is well garnished with dried nuts such as almonds and cashews to enhance flavor.
We acquire these sweets from primitive bakers or sweet distributors of India. Fresh and pure ingredients are used to prepare our sweets.
The name originates from the Persian word Gulab meaning rose, as a rosewater syrup is often used to make Gulab Jamun. Gulab Jamun is quite a versatile dessert and is made in most Indian celebrations such as Diwali, Ramadan, Bakrid, and many other special occasions.
The soft, smooth, and juicy texture of Jamun just melt in the mouth in seconds. It goes well with Ice creams and it tastes sweet with a mild fragrance of cardamom. Jamun can be enjoyed both hot or cold.
