Green chili pickle is one of the famous pickles in India, it is very hot and delightful to consume with plain rice, chapati, and parathas. The ingredients used in preparing chili pickle are mustard seed, turmeric, green chili, lemon juice, and salt.
The chilies are washed in water properly and dried, then the stem of the chilies is removed and each chili is cut length wished. Now the cut chilies are added into the spices, fried in mustard oil, and the processed chilies are left for 5 days to set up. Then the chilies pickle is packed in the jar hygienically of exporting. The aroma of the chili is evenly blended with spices to give an excellent flavor.
