We are exporting Dried Sangri worldwide. A popular vegetarian dish of Rajasthan.  Sangri pods offer an earthy, nutty flavor that has spice-like notes of cinnamon and mocha. It’s hygienically processed. We supply in bulk as per customers’ demand.

Sangri is the bean-like pods of the khejri tree and it grows in dry, arid desert regions throughout the year.  Sangri pods are a legume also known as “desert beans”.

It goes well with spicy, pungent flavors like onions, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and red chili. They are also used in curries, pickles, and chutneys. Also used to make dal, a classic Indian dish.

Sangri is rich in minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, zinc, and iron. They are a good source of protein and dietary fiber. Vitamin -D present in it helps to strengthen bones. Also contains a compound called saponins, which boosts immunity. 

Sangri is pounded, mixed with sugar, and used during pregnancy as a safeguard against miscarriage.
